What We Do

The ITHelpDesk provides technology support primarily to King's Faculty and Staff, however, students may also email us if they're having issues with their Student Portal or TKC Email account. While we can't service student technology, we will gladly provide advice on the best way of handling hardware repairs or dealing with software issues.


TKC Login Info

Your TKC username (TKC email without @tkc.edu at the end) and password are used for several important TKC services. They allow you to login to Windows and your TKC Email, to name a few. To manage your password, IT provides the TKC community with the ChangeMyPassword website. Here you will create security questions to reset your password if you forget it.


Tech Requirements

IT recommends the following:

  • a PC or Mac laptop
  • Microsoft Office, which will be provided free of charge during the length of enrollment (details provided in the Student Portal), and can also be purchased at a discounted rate directly through Microsoft
  • an external hard drive or service like Google Drive (provided by TKC) or Dropbox to backup important data
